BrainyTech is a product engineering team working on SaaS platforms, MVPs and custom applications. Design, front end, back end, QA and cloud sit in the same team, so scope moves between them without a handover gap — and one person stays accountable to you for the outcome.

We work in agile sprints in your repository, on your cloud account, with a working build you can open at the end of every sprint. Everything we produce is yours: code, designs, documentation, credentials.

A shape, not a promise

Timelines move with scope — the number of integrations, compliance requirements, migration of existing data, and how quickly decisions, content and approvals reach us. Larger platforms are phased rather than compressed. Each engagement gets its own dates and price in writing after discovery, and we would rather quote longer than miss.

What moves the number

Integrations, data migration, compliance requirements, the number of user roles, and how much design is needed before build. Discovery is where these get priced — and it is quoted on its own, so you can stop after it with a scope, an architecture and an estimate you own, whoever builds it.

Accessibility & standards

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA

Accessibility is part of the build, not a retrofit. Every interface we ship is keyboard navigable end to end, labelled for screen readers, contrast-checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, and respects reduced-motion and text-scaling preferences. Accessibility checks sit in the same QA pass as functional testing, and we report what passes and what is outstanding rather than claiming a clean sheet.

Q1Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from the first commit. On completion we hand over every repository, design file and cloud credential. There is no lock-in and nothing is withheld.

Q2How long does a build take?

A focused MVP usually ships in 6–12 weeks; larger platforms run longer and are phased. Either way you see working software from the first sprint rather than waiting for a reveal.

Q3How does pricing work?

Every project is scoped individually. After discovery you get a quote tied to the agreed features and timeline. Tell us your budget and we will recommend the highest-value scope that fits it, then phase the rest.

Q4What does AI mean here?

Practical features built on hosted model APIs — assistants, extraction, search and summarisation, wired into your product with caching, guardrails and cost limits. We are not training custom models, and we will say so rather than sell it.

Q5Can you work with our existing system?

Usually yes. We assess what you have and integrate with or migrate it rather than forcing a rebuild — two of the four case studies above started as someone else's codebase.

Q6Is our idea safe with you?

We sign an NDA before discovery and keep client work confidential — which is why some case studies are shared only on request. References are available on request.
